Abstract:
Background: In this research article, our aim to describes synthesis, characterization & Pharmacological estimation of Pyrazole derivatives with antianxiety and skeletal muscle relaxant properties, which are used for treatment of anxiety & depression in humans as well as animals. We are synthesized the series of Pyrazole derivatives (AS1-AS7), in which compound AS1 and AS7 were showed high skeletal muscle relaxant and anti-anxiety property.
Material & Methods: Different Pyrazole and their derivatives has been synthesized and estimation for the purpose skeletal muscle relaxant & antianxiety activity. Desired compounds were prepared from ethyl acetate & phenyl hydrazine as starting material. The target compounds (AS1-AS8) were synthesized by reaction of ethyl acetate with phenyl hydrazine in the presence of methanol to form compound (A) which further reacted with hydrazine hydrate in presence of methanol to form compound (B). The compound (B) was allowed to react with different Benzaldehyde to form the final products. The reactions of all the synthesized compounds were monitored by TLC. Target compounds were purified by recrystallization and characterized on framework of their TLC, IR, 1H NMR and Mass spectroscopy.
